In the event of accommodation which has been reserved being cancelled, it is desired to draw your attention to the fact that Hotels & Guest houses have the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. Whilst we will of course attempt to mitigate the loss by re-booking, it cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations are acceptable up to 21 days before the arrival date but must be given in writing or by email, and you must receive an acknowledgement from us on which will have a cancellation reference number. Telephone cancellations or any another means will not be accepted.
In any event, if cancelled, for whatsoever reason, the cost of the first nights accommodation will always be due and further charges may apply in the event that we are unable to re-let the room for the remainder of the booked period. These further charges will only apply in the event that the proper cancellation policy has not been adhered to. It is deemed that you accept these terms and conditions, if you do not, you can cancel, without cost, within 24 hours of this confirmation being issued.
We therefore strongly recommend that you consider purchasing holiday cancellation insurance, widely available at reasonable cost
