We had the most fabulous stay, not only in Woolacombe but also at this bed and breakfast. We had an extremely warm welcome and were made to feel totally at home. The view we had from our bedroom was excellent.
The breakfast was spot on and Steve, the owner, had sent me directions which were invaluable despite the fact that my partner knows Woolacombe like the back of his hand! l would definitely recommend Surf View Guest House to anyone. The rates are very reasonable as well as being clean and the family so welcoming. l don't know what else you could ask or want for. Top marks and we will definitely be staying there again and again.

I just wanted to say a big thanks from both Colin & myself for a wonderful week at Surf View. The accommodation was superb and was the cleanest and brightest i have had the pleasure of staying in, made even better by your hospitality.
The views to the sea and the surrounding hills were just amazing, and they will always remain with me.
Please thank your wife for the wonderful breakfast we had each morning, which was delicious and so well presented. We will both have such good memories of Woolacombe and thank you for making it a special visit to Devon.

Your Bed & Breakfast was the best i've ever been to. Everything was brilliant from the beds to the showers to the egg cups ! Amazing view from the breakfast area. Really enjoyed my break in Woolacombe. Can't wait to come back next year.

We just wanted to drop you a line to say that the stay in your beautiful bed and breakfast made our trip to Devon all the more enjoyable. You never know what you are going to get when you book something that you have only viewed on the internet, so we were very relieved when we pulled into the Surf View Guest House car park.
We thought that our room was just perfect, the cleanest, cosiest, most spacious B&B or even hotel room we have ever stayed in!! And that shower was just perfect……… :-)
Talking of perfect……….the breakfast!! Whilst my scrambled egg on toast was v v nice on the two mornings I had it, I think I missed out by not following Rob’s suit of a full cooked breakfast every morning!! The one I did have was just beaut and Rob, as he cowered away from me, told me it was far better than any I have ever cooked for him!!!

We have been returning to Surfview for about 8 years and always thoroughly enjoy our stay. Steve and Shirley are great hosts always providing a helpful and friendly service. The location is convenient just a short walk from the beach and has fantastic views over Woolacombe bay. We have no hesitation in recommending Surfview for a comfortable and good value for money short break or holiday.

We have stayed at Surfview on numerous occassions. You couldn't ask for more. The hospitality, the rooms and the veiws are exceptional. It is ideally located for the centre of Woolacombe - just a 5 minute walk along the footpath (torch advisable for late evenings). We shall be returning for the third year running and very much looking forward to it!!
